3、Quality failure caused by improper adjustment of pressure roller

The press roll should be adjusted to the appropriate position, the gap between the roller and the roll and the suitable thickness of the plate, so as to ensure the production of the zero parts and avoid the failure phenomenon.
4、The quality of the plate is not qualified because of the uneven thickness of the plate.
When the thickness of the rubber plate is uneven, the layout of the board will be high or low. Where the area is high, it is easy to paste the plate, and the low area is easy to appear. It is not clear. In order to avoid the unfavorable situation, the scattered plate, by a number of small plates (in order to save the rubber plate and plate core plate technology), should produce the same block plate, so that its thickness difference is relatively small. If the rubber plate is ready, there is a thickness difference, which can make up the local thickness of the plate on the back of the plate so that the thickness of the plate is basically consistent, and the printing pressure and the uniform layout of the ink can be ensured.
5、Fault caused by poor quality of roller
When the roll shaft is loose and the upper roller is bent, deformed or damaged, it can also cause dirty pages, paste plates or partial graphics and text. We should find out the reasons and take appropriate measures to keep the contact between the cylinder and the printing plate unifying and appropriate, to replace the damaged rollers and to eliminate the failure.
6、Six quality problems caused by uneven thickness of corrugated cardboard in large carton factory
If the corrugated surface of the hollow trace is destroyed by human beings, the quality defects of the paper in the hollow part will appear. It is not clear that if the printing pressure compensation is added, the text line and the page quality will be stickable easily.
